Hi, I’m Amar — a dedicated yoga instructor passionate about helping students discover stillness and balance through Vinyasa and meditation. With over 5 years of experience, I strive to create a welcoming space where every practitioner can reconnect with their breath, body, and inner peace.
Teaching Style
My classes blend the dynamic movement of Vinyasa Flow with the calming practices of meditation. I guide students through rhythmic sequences that promote strength and flexibility, while also encouraging mindfulness and deep introspection. Every session is an invitation to move with intention and find clarity within.
